RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Right to Refuse Service and Terminate Accounts
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
We may refuse service to anyone for the following legitimate reasons (this list is not exhaustive):
1. Abusive or Threatening Behavior:
- 1.1 Customers who use abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language or behavior toward our staff, other customers, or our company. As defined by, but not limited to, the following:
- 1.2 Personal insults and profanity:
- 1.2.1 Swearing at an employee or making ad hominem attacks
- 1.3 Sexual Harassment, to include but not limited to:
- 1.3.1 Demeaning comments
- 1.3.2 Sexually explicit language
- 1.3.3 Unwanted sexual advances or requests for personal information
- 1.3.4 Lewd and/or crude humor
- 1.3.5 Making sexually suggestive gestures or leering
- 1.3.6 Sharing or displaying sexually explicit images or material
- 1.3.7 Unwanted touching
- 1.3.8 Physical intimidation or aggressive behavior
- 1.3.9 Quid Pro Quo harassment
- 1.4 Threats:
- 1.4.1 Statements that threaten the safety of staff, other customers, or the business itself.
- 1.5 Hate speech:
- 1.5.1 Any discriminatory language based on:
- 1.5.2 race,
- 1.5.3 religion,
- 1.5.4 gender,
- 1.5.5 sexual orientation.
- 1.6 Harassment to include, but not limited to:
- 1.6.1 Bullying
- 1.6.2 intimidation
- 1.6.3 verbal and or physical harassment of an employee
- 1.7 Aggressive behavior to include, but not limited to:
- 1.7.1Yelling
- 1.7.2 making rude gestures
- 1.7.3 behaving in an intimidating way
2. Policy Violations:
- 2.1 Repeated or significant breaches of our website's Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or other clearly defined company policies.
3. Fraudulent Activity:
- 3.1 Any attempt to deceive, manipulate, or misuse our services, including suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods
4. Disruptive Conduct:
- 4.1 Behavior that significantly disrupts our normal business operations or negatively impacts other customers' experience.
5. Inability to Pay:
- 5.1 Situations where we have clear evidence that a customer cannot or will not pay for services or products ordered.
6. Unlawful Requests:
- 6.1 Requests for services or products that are not offered or are outside the scope of our business and legal boundaries.
We do not, and will never, refuse service based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws. Our decisions to refuse service are based strictly on conduct and adherence to our policies.
