Security of Payments and Personal Details
We process all payments through Authorize.net (a Visa subsidiary), and we do so when you place your order Authroize.net’s end-to-end encrypted servers ensure your card and other personal details cannot be accessed by any third party. We do not retain your card details ourselves. We do collect your personal information through the ordering process to facilitate delivery. We never share your personal email or payment information with any third party, but we may, from time to time, send you information about our own products and promotions. If you do not wish to receive such updates, please indicate at checkout, or contact our office at 1-866-MFPAUSA.
Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping and Handling plus applicable state sales tax are calculated at checkout.

Returns
All MFPA Pick to Print products are custom-made, meaning all sales are final. MFPA Inc. will only issue a refund under the following circumstances and will require provable documentation, e.g., a photograph/courier tracking information:
1. Incorrect item sent
- 1.1 The Buyer must present the original order confirmation.
- 1.2 The buyer must present photographic evidence of incorrect goods
- 1.3 The Buyer has 7 days from receipt to request a replacement with the exact equivalent product; failure to do so will result in “all sales final.”
- 1.4 The Buyer has 3 days after receipt to receive a refund for the valued dollar amount (less shipping and handling and any promotional discounts)
2. Damaged Item Received
- 2.1 Whilst MFPA is not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping, we will issue a refund or replacement if the following conditions are met.
- 2.1.1 The buyer must present photographic evidence of incorrect goods
- 2.1.2 The Buyer has 7 days from receipt to request a replacement with the exact equivalent product; failure to do so will result in “all sales final.”
- 2.1.3 The Buyer has 3 days after receipt to receive a refund for the valued dollar amount (less shipping and handling and any promotional discounts)
3. Defective Item Received
- 3.1 MFPA strives to ensure that all products meet its exacting quality control standards. Should you receive an item that you feel does not meet these standards, we will issue a refund or replacement if the following conditions are met.
- 3.1.1 The Buyer must present the original order confirmation
- 3.1.2 The Buyer must present photographic evidence of defective goods
- 3.2 Should MFPA Inc., after consideration, accept liability (usually within three business days)
- 3.2.1 Buyer has 7 days after the decision in their favor to request replacement of the exact equivalent product; failure to do so will result in “all sales final.”
- 3.2.2 Buyer has 3 days after the decision in their favor to receive a refund for the valued dollar amount (less shipping and handling and any promotional discounts)
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer’s remorse does NOT constitute a viable claim for refunds or replacements under any circumstance.
