It is important to us that you are delighted with your purchase. We have made every effort to ensure our photographs and descriptions provide as accurate a depiction as possible, but please feel free to inquire about any particular item before purchasing. 

We do our best to always keep our website up to date, but occasionally an item may no longer be available. 

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, even after an order has been placed. If an item is no longer available, we will contact you to see if a suitable replacement can be found. If this is not the case, we may occasionally have to cancel your order.

Postage and Delivery

Shipping and Handling charges, as well as applicable state sales tax, are calculated at checkout. The total cost of your order depends on:

  1. Total weight of product(s) ordered
  2. Dimensions of a shipping container
  3. Location dependent
    1. Shipping costs variations
    2. Sales tax variations

We aim to handle your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 3-5 business days. 

All orders are sent via UPS. Customers will receive an “Order shipped” notification to the email entered at checkout. The “Order Shipped” email will contain tracking information. Please note that MFPA Inc. is not liable for any shipment delays; our customer service representatives can only provide information as it appears on UPS tracking. 

MFPA Inc. will contact you if any unforeseen delays occur in shipping your order.
